We have some providers who are contracted with many IPAs, however they are never listed in directories. How does this get handled in Sanator?

We have the ability to load data for providers but suppress them from submission to the plans to avoid listing in a directory. This is further explained in our technical specifications.

How often do we send our data to Gaine?

The Provider Registry can accept data as frequently as daily, but understand organizations may not begin their registry process at this frequency given the potential amount of data to be reviewed initially.

What if we don\'t have taxonomy codes or specific language codes in our system?

Please send what you have. We have some crosswalks we can apply. If we have trouble, we will contact your Technical Lead.

Drop files on our SFTP site: secureexchange.providerregistry.com

  • Login with your username and password.
  • Drop files into the \'incoming folder.
